Yeah, the overall action of it is rather screwey. A combat special will remember the target that was selected for a special, so I can queue up, say, suppression fire on 1 MOB this time, change tagets and hit it again on another mob and it will still remember to suppress the first guy insted of my current target.

But you are right, it doesn't do that with heals.

We can only hope that Holo's statements above mean 100% in the queue as having a similar effect. I hope. At least I'll KNOW when the stupid thing is going to go off.
