Thread: Recursive Macros are going away

I keep my stims and enhances on the toolbar, but I use /healstate to heal my states. I should have clarified that the /heal commands don't seem to recursively check containers, but using the item directly from the toolbar works fine.

What bothers me is how some in this thread want to do away with /ui action commands. The above two macros are some of my favorite. I hate how stims must be in your main inventory to use. I am an organize freak, and I like to keep all my meds in a satchel named “med bag” which is inside my main backpack.
The basic heal command will not work with my inventory setup. Therefore I created the above two macros to switch to my meds toolbar, and use the meds found in it, and return to my main toolbar.
I really would dislike the above healing macros being ruined.
I don't know what you're doing wrong, but that certainly isn't true. I keep all my meds in cargo pockets in my equipped backpack. I used to keep them in an unequipped backpack in my main inventory. Only state cures and poison/diseaseneed to be in your main inventory to work. Stims and enhances can be used from anywhere.
I understand that people don't want their macros ruined and believe me, there are a number of correspondents that agree with you, but that state of afk entertainers is ridiculous and really needs to be fixed asap. This really is only a temporary fix.
Why does everyone always overlook the truely easy and obvious solutions? Entertainers are whining about buff bots, enable the same interface type window that ID's recently were subjected to for the process of entertainer buffing. Viola, no need to nerf the entire game, just one simple edit on some code copy/pasted and predebugged from elsewhere in the same program. Would also streamline the payment process since said window includes the payment and allows customers to pay from bank without incurring that small yet annoying "fee" from bank tipping. They would have to actually put down the Doritos for a minute and come up with a tiny bit of original code to tie the timer used in ID's window to showing when buff will complete, but that shouldn't be too difficult, the game has to know how long or buffs wouldn't work.

The easiest way to fix this problem would be simply to insert something in the programming that would make a player STOP gaining XP while AFK. They could grind all they want, but as soon as they go AFK the XP stops.
