I believe ALL stims are on a 1 minute timer, but you can get around that by using Ruby Bleil (or whatever its called...an Artisan food) which will let you take another stim instantly (or almost so).

Ruby Bliel, a drink. It cuts the stim cycle time in half.

is there a command that you can type to use a stim-pack?

like before, /healdam would use the stimpack, but that doesn't work anymore.

it seems /bacta works without a stimpack at all

Are there any medic skills that will allow you to use instastims at a faster rate without using bio foods? Such as 0/0/4/0 medic to gain the healing efficiency bonuses? Or are all instastims hard coded to work once per minute regardless of medic lvl?

I'm wondering the same thing..

Dev's: Can we get the SEA mods that do not work replaced with mods that do? Also, while you're at it, make sure to update the loot table by deleting mods for SEA's that are no longer applicable. Thanks.

No, there is no skill level that would decrease the InstantStim power or time limit. Only the chef food would lower it's timer, while of course limiting the amount of other foods you could have instead..
