The devs haven't managed to get any correspondat top 5's responded to yet.

The question is, should we just throw another 5 at them, or wait to get a response for the first 5?

They are behind.

They are still working out how the correspondant system is supposed to work on their end.


Personally, I think we should wait for the first response before sending anything in... Dumping more issues on them when they are swamped, won't get the first set answered any faster.


If you do want me to send in a new list... The first 3 are the same as last week, with 4 and 5 having been bumped by TEF bugs and bleeding respectively.

It is up to you. Vote here in this thread, and I'll count at noon on friday (EDT.. which is GMT/Zulu -5).

Yeah, leave them be for now, throwing more stuff at them will only make them bogged down even more. We dont even know if the resolution of the first 5 will effect the next 5

Be nice to the devs, they've done a good job so far..

has the top 5 changed. If not, just send them "no change since last time". If it has, send them an updated list with a <new top 5> tag beside the ones that have changed.

Definitely do not send them 5 new top 5's before they've even looked at the old ones.

I say send it. They asked for a weekly report so you might as well give it to them. I don't think that's being mean, they'll answer when they get around to it. Plus, they might want to know how things change week-to-week.

Why send it if they haven't even gotten to the first 5? Why pile more on that won't be looked at yet? Just wait.

Well, we are assuming that they are actualy going to respond to the first set of 5. That may not be a good assumption. Plus our mandate does say weekly updates to the Top 5 lists. I've already sent mine in (for Docs) because I won't be around to do it tomorrow.

I would say update it with the 5 most pressing, especially if certain issues seem more important now than they did last week.

seems the only time CSR or anyone from sony reads these boards are when u start to insult people...

hehehe that said i got a warning from a CSR about stopping personal attacks on a really not nice person on my server who purposely built his PA hall literally on top of abother PA full of people who had left his PA cuz they all hated him...

Personally I'd say resubmit the list with no changes, or simply say it's the same as last week. I think that if we bombard them with different issues, priorities of what should get fixed will get skewed. So stick to our guns and wait till they acknowledge our first issues before resubmitting.

thing is our list in what we need to get fixed first...its more about what concerns with the class we have...if it was a what u guys need to fix first..it would be a much simpler list...

traigus specifically said that priority wasnt the immediate problems but the most popular ones...
