Just wondering if anyone has come across Centerpoint Station, somewhere in the vicinity of Talus? I've checked the Prima book, and it doesn't seem to be listed there. But if you can fly from Corelia to Talus, you ought to be able to see Centerpoint.

It's first mentioned and visited in a triology of books about Han and family visiting Corelia during the period after the Timothy Zahn trilogy and just before "Spectre of the Past". It's revisited in the Yuuzhan Vong series.
The station is very very old and occupies a position between Talus and Tralus. It and the repulsors buried on the various planets in the Corelian sector were apparently used to bring together so many habitable planets at some distant point in the past. (The new Prime guide does in fact refer to a repulsor, but not to Centerpoint.)
After I wrote my post I did a forum search and discovered that shortly after JTL launched someone here pointed out that Centerpoint was missing and suggested that since it is so big, it would be a great place for the devs to create a city in space, where people could land and visit cantinas, vendors, etc. Obviously that hasn't happened.
But it seems like a real miss to ignore such a large object in the vicinity of a planet in JTL.

Hey, they even missed to have suns in the systems - not to mention the orbiting stardestroyers - and you cry about a "tiny" station????

That's a point...we stand there on planets and see these huge Star Destroyers in the skies over us....but when we're out in space above the same planet, they aren't there.
However, Centerpoint is something like 160 km in diameter, so it actually is a lot bigger than a capital ship.
What I also really miss is wrecked remains of the first Deathstar in orbit over Yavin 4. Or at least a cloud of debris orbiting the moon/planet.

In Yavin space. I'm not sure of the exact coordinates, but you can see TIE pieces and other machinery pieces.

I can't for the life of me remember where the debris field is but if you are paying attention you'll see it and know that is what it is. All kinds of starfighter wreckage and other material.
