Thread: Finally!
Just a note to thank everyone who helped newbies find my medic guide while I was waiting for my copy of SWG. Finally arrived today!
Hi to allthe ex-beta folks, hope you're doing well. Been reading here since the game went live, unable to post. Very strange watching the mass marketdeal with the medic learning curve.Looks like everyone has it figured outnow, so I'm off to start my novice medic ![]()

Tale's Medic Guide: http://www.swgalaxies.net/articles/article.php3?article_id=17
Heh, took you a little too long there
Glad to see you finally made it.
Gotta say that the medic profession in general has changed a lot tho, with a lot of new voices
What server are you playing on? I have no problems with knowing a good medic on my server =P
I was never in beta and therefore never got a chance to meet you. However your Guide that you published has helped me in the medical field no end. It was the key to my understanding of many basic concepts of the profession. Now, thanks largely to what I learned from your guide, I am progressing steadily and educating new medics into the field.
Welcome back to SWG. I'll hope you're on the Bria server so that I may have a chance to meet you personally.
Welcome back man. ![]()
If your on Corbantis look up slothy. I can hook you up with some nice clothes and armor.
(I went tailor too, in fact it's sucking up most of my play time).
Thanks Fi'ak
Having written a 5000-word guide, I was determined to get people to read the **edit** thing ![]()
Wow, tailor-doctors ... you guys just want those white coats, don't you?
I'm actually playing a musician called Talee on Bria at the moment. I'm hanging out in Tyrena cantina with the Fatal Xception band from beta. Too much fun. Will be starting a medic on another server soon when my guild is ready.
Well I finally made it to BH last night. I swear it took me as long to make the 40k combat xp as it did to make Marksman/Scout Master.
Have been reading the board for a while now and have to say something. I did my first mission last night and it was what they called a easy mark "LOL" to you guys higher up I am sure that was a easy mark but 9k + Ham is just not what I would call easy. Add on top of that, the dang mark resisted most all of my shots (Lets just say I was lucky Rokko went out with me on my first one or I would of been cloaned). For those of you who have posted on this board saying they don't use any pets or bots on there missions and that they don't take damage and even some that said they have a macro setup that they use for the kill since there so easy ----------- HOW!???
I am not doubting you at all so please don't think I am, but I would really like to know how you do this because I want to be the best at my profession that I can be.
