You launch into space see the eye candy ooooooooooooooooooooooohhhh ok I went ooooooooooooooooooooooohhh now its time for action bring on the action
Ahah !Here is the action a target...... so I target it ....I fly in circles shooting at it .....I miss a bit ....hit a bit ......eventually his shields cave in he explodes I go lookingf for another repeat infinitum..............
I am dizzy from flying in so many circles the eye candy has my tummy all bloated with unfullfilled expectations that finally SWG woudl have someStar Warzinstead its like um a stupid and very pointless crap vid game you play for about 15 mins and then wish you had not spent any money on it

Ok, so you're saying you'd rather pay money every time you wanna jump to another planet instead of having the ability to jump straight to the planet of your choice without having to hop from other planets and paying more money just to get there?
If you've played 15 mins and ONLY 15 mins you clearly have not given JTL a chance. Better things come the more you play.

Explain the fun in flying in circles shooting somethign to gain level so you can then enter the pvp space combat which has 0 chance of being fought on a fair battlefield
BTW you got a mindfire laser cannon don't ya ...
I know yo do

Hmmm, because it actually takes skrillz to kill the higher end stuff. JTLS is a lot more fun in a group, the PvP I play in space is fun, and I despise CMs and diseases so I would not use a "mindfire cannon"
You have to actually play for a while, not drunk, to have fun in the game

if you dont find fun in the game, you dont need to spam that you hate it in 3 different posts because, pretty much everyone else loves it.... if you dont like it, go play ground game (though, guessing you hate that too huh?) and dont complain here with stupid points... yes there are SOME flaws with JTL, but given the time frame the devs had to make it, they did an amazing job... and they are working very hard to try to fix as much as possible, plus now they are preoccupied with ground combat revamp, which is sounding veeery nice
anyways, if jtl is totally pointless, what is all games? the only point of a game is to have fun, and everyone has fun doing different things...

and in mostly every filight sim I play you either fly in a circle, loop, or a circle combined with a loop to kill something. Or you can just shoot a missle for an I-Win-Button

So what your saying is that, you fly around drunk, and expect to hit a tier 4 a wing every time. Then get bored anddizzy from flying around in circleschasing a wings all day, so you decide to go buy more beer???
/sarcasm on
sure does make sense to me
/sarcasm off
Do your self a favor put the bud down when you turn on the monitor

"and in mostly every filight sim I play you either fly in a circle, loop, or a circle combined with a loop to kill something. Or you can just shoot a missle for an I-Win-Button"
Not in online flight sims.
Try to simply do any of that and you will get pwned by players doing complex immelmens, yo yos, etc.
JTL requires very little skill. Theres some with gunnery but thats about it. Play any decent flight sim like WWIIOL or Warbirds and you will find it will take a good year or two to be able to compete with the top level players.
JTL is more about outfitting your ship with uber parts, cutting ships off in turns/loops, and using specials at the right times.
Its interesting but simplistic at the same time.

Yeah you are right, Im mostly a vet of space sims (All hail Freespace!), but yes most games do require more skills than this. This is more arcadey, like Rogue Squadron games
