As long as its not some overpowered ship sounds ok to me, would make a good 1 year Vet reward (heard somewhere the devs had the model of that starfighter but arn't using it yet).

uh hello, what you think the Z-95 and Y-wing are new to the space lanes. Acording to official/EU star wars time line they were both either used in the clone wars or were interduced towards the end of the clone wars. The current version of headhunter (Z-95) was a fairly new design,10-15 years, but the Z-95 is a very old line of starfighters. But i agree with the original posters idea we need more starfighters, ones that use astromechs.

Right... so WHY add another one that 1. people would fight over for the cert and, 2. would basically be a repetative ship? Makes no sense at all.

Only way I can see it is if there were a lot more ships added at once to add variety. then it's cool, absolutely. But just this one ship? Naw, I'll pass.

See, the thing is, if the Devs add the Jedi Starfighter into the game, it'll have a HUGE domino effect.

The Devs would introduce the ship as Jedi-only... which will pïss off the other 98% of the players. If the Jedi Starfighter is available to anyone, that'll piss off 2% of Jedi in the game... and we ALL know that the Jedi can't be unhappy.

Then when the Jedi get their very own ship, us bounty hunters will complain that the KSE Firespray should be Bounty Hunter only... it'll just end up into a huge fight over profession-qulaified ships... which there shouldn't be (i.e. Jedi and Bounty Hunter only ships).

During this time period, Jedi are almost all dead. Any trace of them have been wiped from the galaxy, besides a few survivors. I HIGHLY doubt anyone would be flying a Jedi Starfighter anyways... That'd be like flying around a ship with a huge target on the rear with a sign that says "shoot here".

I don't contest the fact that the Jedi Starfighter looks pretty sweet, but I don't see any reason for it to be in the game other than for the Jedi to hog for themselves.

Yeah, I don't want to sound like a dïck or anything, but it IS called the JEDI Starfighter... thinking it would be Jedi only isn't really based on a hunch...
