So if I use pistol a ton, raising my pistol skill, then I go and use a Rifle, and rasie my Rifle skill, does raising my rifle skill hurt me in anyway if I only wanted Pistol?

not really either one is okay but if u use 1 more then the otherthen the skill wont go up, but overall no u dont lose anything.

Actually, technically yes, but only if you train in rifle. And the reason is that you use skill points. You only get 250 skill points.TOTAL. If you plan on makin your character a guy that primarily only uses pistol, then you can go straight up the marksman pistol skill tree and only train in those. You can pick up a carbine or a rifle and use them and gain xp in them, but if you train in them you will use up skill points. Conversely, you can use them all day long and get enough xp to be a specialist in rifle/carbine and just never train in those skills. That way, it won't "hurt" you. So fell free to use any weapon you want to, it won't hurt your character to gain experience in them, but just do not accept/buy training in the skills you do not want to advance in. But just remember, the more well trained you are in a given weapon, the more accurately youwill shoot, the more special abilities you will gain, and the more damage you will do.

Where can I buy a sword?

Can anyone tell me where to get weapons that are beter then the starter level? I have never for instance seen a carbine that isnt the first level of weapons smithing. They go up to about 50 pts of dammage max. At this point I am still hunting the same things I did when I first started. I cant take anything else because of low weapon dammage. I have seen a nice hand gun on the bazaar but no nice rifle or carbines. I have seen a rifle with 100 dammage but the delay is twice that of the 50 pt one soits basicly the same. Any help would be appriciated.

Can anyone tell me where to find half way descent weapons? Right now im a carbine specilist with about 118,000 extra exp. I havent taken anything in it because I am still using the same weapon I started with. Its a 50 dammage about 4 delay. Its the same style as the begginer ones just with beter stats. I have checked the Bazaar 1000 times with nothing differant. Am I missing something?

I am still fighting the same monster I have fought from day one. Simple because my dammage output isnt going anywhere. Sure i hit more but that and the extra skills do not make up for the low end weapon.

Any advice would be appriciated.

Ibelieve you are posting on the wrong board. Go to the board of the server you're playing on and post there, asking where to find better weapons.

What does it mean when your weapon has less than 50% conditioning left? Does it work as well?Do I need it repaired or should I get a new weapon?
