Curious to know what drops it, or is it the neutral pilots master helmet.

I think you just need to hunt tier 4/5 Black Sun ships. I've heard they're really rare drops.

Thanks, i actually did a search after i posted this.... should of trolled before i asked the question.
Awesome looking helmet, doesn't seem like anyone on lowca want's to sell one either

I think the loot tables are hosed right now. Put it this way... I've been running black sun duty missions EVERY DAY since I made Ace, 2 weeks after JTL came out and still have not found one.

i looted two in a row off tier 2 in tatooine but i destroyed them to make room for looting another capacitor
