1. The Ai of your enemy. If your trying to tell me that can hit you with all perfect shots even as they manuver around to catch up with you, then you got to be kidding. Also, i have seen my enemies do a full turn around 180 degrees which is impossible for Tier 1 ships, especially when im chasing them and they end up simply firing at me right away from the turn around.

2. A button to push to locate the enemy shooting at you. How many times do i have to end up tagging the wrong enemy and instead get the farthest enemy around.

If anyone has any real issues with these problems, please leave it here, only about these problems, im assembling this post for "Tech Support". chances are they will never reply back. but you never know.

thank you.

How about you learn the flight physics and targetting system first before crying us all a river?

Yeah, the ship AI needs to be worked on. Please reduce the speed/maneuverability of NPC ships and their accuracy. Also, force feedback is too strong.

I just wish they wouldn't have been cheap on the interface. C'mon how hard would it be to have the same custimizable options as they had in the ground game. 3 choices for color, and if you ask me they are all the equivilant of sand paper to the retina. And you can't even drag chat bars around so you can better handle different communication.

Why dont you compare the current LIVE system to the Beta, dude. The AI has been tweaked since the last day of beta making it impossible to actually shake your target. Crying or whatever, atleast im doing something about it, you make EVEN LESS credits now in LIVE than in Beta, and it cost a fortune just to get anywehre in the game, atleast on Intrepid.

IMO, Tier 3 Z95 are equivalent to ground-game Pickets/Sharnaffs. If a med level gamer cannot solo a group of them, then it is going to be almost impossible to become master pilot for all those (me included) who cannot or don't want to be grouped all the time they hit Tier 4 missions.

Myself, during last days in Beta (after AI boost and some other minor changes as "turn sweet speed" or "NPC missile spamming", "No more NPC Turreting"...) I tested harder than ever in combat as I felt that that was the closer-to-definitive-AI-we-could-have-in-Beta. I found it cool to see how aggresive NPC became but on the other hand, they became also too much powerful, which make me repair my ship after each wave of 2 or 3 Tier 3 Tie Fighters, if not eject from my sparkling ship!

last I knew in beta forums, most people experienced the same:AI was better in concept but devs should lower both NPC turning speed as max speed.

thats exactly what im talking about. thanks for the "r" button suggestion. it doesnt work. lol

seriously, are the devs sayings its not a bug that turrets and all enemies are perfect shots when they are everywhere but in front of you running?

i recently just had a tier 1 ywing attacking me while i was chasing him. i dont see how thats possible.

Yeah there is a button for targetting the last person who shot you.... only thing is it don't work! and hasn't since Beta....

Also the ship AI has been like that since Beta, it's the worse AI we ever had, even worse than the sliding enemy ships...

Now if you face a Decimator (or Nova and YT1300I presume) you will die due to the superior accuracy of the turrets. This was reported to the Devs during the last 2 days of Beta but obviously not thought of as a bug.

Why don't they just rollback to the previous AI? Also, force feedback was added at the last minute too; it was fine without the force feedback.

Yup indeed there is

That tho is false,if you want a tier 1 enemy to get off your butt,i go up his.He hardly can do anything about it.

I personally prefer this AI to the mega jousting one.

tier 1 and tier 2 ships are ok if you're at least tier 2 yourself. But from tier 3 and up, it's totally different. A tier 3z-95 NPCcan outrun a playerA-wing fitted with thebest equipment. That's just rediculous.
