Today I tried to take my reward yacht into deep space to tour it and see if I can get a good veiw of freedom station without being shot up. I had even remember it being advertised to explore deep space in the yacht somewhere.
But when I tried to talk to Claw Station they turned me away as I was flying a civilian ship.
When I went to the Deep Space station in dathomir they turned me away too since I was flying a civilian ship.
Well, has anyone found a way to enter deep space or even kessel in the yacht without being turned away, or is it a dev oversight to not allow spectators in deep space?

What? No yachts in deep space? No yachts in Kessel!? Thats too bad. It would have been great to bring some friends along and see watch the battles from safety.

No, I am asking if there is some way that I haven't tried that works. And is this feature working as intended?
Perhaps I worded it wrong, but like I said I only tried 2 ways, maybe there are more SSs to enter deep space I haven't tried and the like.

well, i certainly think it would be the coolest thing if we could watch the space battles from yacht.

just use the riskier alternative: bring yor friends in a nova, yt, or decimator

Heh, indeed. Funny how we start to ignore the sigs.
Yes, I am ace pilot of course. How else would I know the rebel SS there is called freedom station? Or that I would get shot up for going close to it (man if I could count the number of boostered egresses I had to make to the ISD)?

A lot more interesting than staring at unmoving stars, wondering where all the star destroyers are.

No, you can't take the SoroSuub into Kessel or Deep Space, which is a real disappointment. I never could understand why...
