I ordered my copy on 10/20 from Gamestop and they don't have any beta copies, at least they said they couldn't find any. So unfortunately I don't get a chance at beta or the flash speeder promised through pre-order. So do I simply not get any benefits for my pre-order or whats the deal with this? They said they could get it at another gamestop, but that one is over 45 minutes away, towns away from where I live. Now is it my inconvenience because someone didn't send/receive beta copies, or were they selectively sent out, and the ones who don't get one for pre-ordering are simply screwed and maybe you should warn people that pre-ordering doesn't necessarily mean you are going to receive the rewards promised?

Sorry it didnt work out for you but this promotion has been going on since September. If you want in less than 7 days of release of the title looking for the promotion you had to have known there was a chance you missed out. The speeder is great but its not "cancel my SWG account great cause i didnt get it" great.

Well i'll correct my own post after reading some others that said there was a limited amount sent out, yet I didn't read that from the devs.. Also I never would have pre-ordered and possibly bought the expansion at all if I would have been informed before hand. Is rather upsetting that you guys don't really inform the public or the companies you deal with about these issues.

I hope WoW blows this out of the water now...

While supplies last is usually another term for, game won't work when it comes out. Especially with the minimal beta testing it's going through, people haven't mastered the professions yet its going to be released premature nonetheless like any typical Sony game, causing more frusteration and forcing more people out of the arms of Sony and into the arms of the multiple companies steping up with mmorpgs. But some people might like it, although Tie Fighter vs X-Wing would probably be sufficient and has virtually no lag compared to this.

Actually, there was a time in Beta where they made everyone a Master Pilotof whichever faction you wanted or a Master Shipwright, so this did get tested.

My friend pre-ordered the day before me and was all giddy about her flash speeder, so I went out and pre-ordered, but got the short end of the stick.

Yes i've heard about the super trainers and the magical frog and what not, but I also heard you couldn't master these professions from multiple people, so maybe they did it for a day and out of the couple thousand that maybe did get to try it, the materials to make most of the ships and components were not implemented and could not be created, that is not beta testing when it is not tested correctly or incorrectly. You have no idea if its going to crash or not when the masses log in. That's all i'm saying, is that Sony needs better Quality Assurance.
