See, thats what im talking about, people that even ordered it before the time "ended" still didnt get there disks or anything

Look, you're not in beta so you have no idea what you're talking about. You're just angry that you didn't preorder in time to get the bonus disc and are trying to be spiteful and talk trash about SOE. The fact is that everything has been tested very thouroughly for over 2 months. In fact, there were even master pilots on day one of the beta so whoever your friend is feeding you this misinformation has no idea what they are talking about. There was also a weekend where the devs gave everyone master pilot to test all of the high level content, and even beyond that there are quite a few people who have already made master pilot the old fashioned way by going through all the missions and getting all the exp.
As far as Sony and Quality Assurance, apparently you have no idea that they do in fact have a team of paid and trained SWGQA members who regularly test things not only in the beta but also every day on the test center as well. Don't you dare even try to say that the SWGQA team isn't capable of doing their jobs because they're honestly some of the most helpful and insightful people I've ever met in this game. Unlike CSRs they actually care when someone has a problem and will spend hours trying to fix it.
The devs have been working day and night to get this expansion ready, and have been communicating with the testers very well. Every day there's at least 2 or 3 pages worth of devtracker posts where the devs are interacting with the community and hearing all of our problems. Most of the important issues we have with the expansion are always fixed in a matter of days. Do you even honestly have any idea what it takes to run an MMO this size? There's about 26 servers with probably over 100,000 people playing this game. In beta alone there are probably over 10,000 registered testers who were accepted. Running a game this size with code as complex as this is not anything that's easy to do, so when they do make a mistake how about cutting them a little slack instead of jumping on the "SOE sucks!" bandwagon. How would you like it if someone came down to your job, stood over your shoulder all day long, and told you what an idiot you are every time you made a little mistake? They're still only human you know.
So no, YOU are the one who waited until the last minute to preorder the expansion even though you knew that it was in limited supply, so YOU are the only one to blame. Going around bashing the devs for some stupid mistake that you made is childish and rediculous.

I preordered on the 9th, does this mean Im going to get even more shafted than us UK players normaly do?
I do hope so because then they can kiss goodbye to 4 copies of JTL being bought and a few SWG subscriptions from me and mine
