Thread: *IDEA* The New Selling parts to the Chassey Broker doesnt work correct. Need feedback

It seems that when you sell your parts to the chassey broker, he sees your entire inventory. Thats not the best of ideas, because of this. Like the Bazzar if you have items in your bag you cannot sell them. The only way to do that is to leave them in your main inventory. I like to take the good parts and put them in a bag so I know to keep them. With the chassey broker you cannot tell really what the good and bad parts are because its all names and lots of times you have many of the same type of name..
What I suggest is they make it so its exactly like the bazzar, unless you have the items in your inventory screen you cannot sell them. Anything in a bag the chassey broker will not buy... I hate it the way it currently is, its driving me nuts!

I agree. I had to manually check the names of the items and then open them in my inventory to see if I wanted to sell them or not. Make it so that the vendor cannot see either the items in pouches or perhaps the items in your backpack. . . something. Either that or make the list work like an inventory screen, so I can check an items stats first.

I can't sell any i have 10 in my inventory he tells me i have nothing to sell??

How about a check box on each part that blocks it from being sold? It wont appear in the list and you can then have and use a "Sell All" option without fear.

Thats a waste of time, The bazzar is the way it needs to be. IN your main window means you can sell it. If its in anything else, it cant be seen to be sold.... Checking items to not be sold doesnt help because you cant tell exactly what the items are because if you have 40 parts which I commonly do from missions you cant tell what is what

Ahh, OK, My thought was to pick out what you wanted and sell the rest.

If your looted items were RE'd & renamed then you won't be able to sell them. I encountered this yesterday myself with some parts I had RE'd & renamed them. But with other parts I had RE'd & not renamed I had no trouble selling.
But I agree with that we should have a screen similar to the bazzar that shows the stats of the item & items in a bag, backpack etc shouldn't be seen, unless you open it like you can on the bazzar screen.

/agree, or let us drag and drop what we want to sell directly onto the broker, the icon to show we can drag and drop is there now but nothing happens when you do, might be a pain for some people to keep dragging and dropping your items to sell but its faster than using the list and hitting ok every time.

Ive gotta better question. " where are the brokers. There not where there supposed to be when i make a waypoint for them in the major cities. I only found one broker on bestine. Is there a bug or something?

Most brokers are in different places. I know the broker in theed is up above the travel terms and in the hallway when you get ready to board the shuttle. As far as like Corelia Coronet, he is all the way at the back of the shuttleport at a desk. You have to look around for them always inside of the starport...

/sign i like the idea of being able to sell parts. They should have the bazaar on this game, i hate traveling to every house JUST TO SEE THE ITEMS, at least create a viewing thing, so at least u can look from town or somthing.
