Can someone point me in the direction of a page where SOE have said anything other than the following about the Naboo Flash Speeder ?

Here is the solution:Star Wars Galaxies: How can I get a Naboo Flash Speeder?The Naboo Flash Speeder is an item exclusive to those who pre-ordered the Jump to Lightspeed expansion. This limited edition item can be claimed through the /flashSpeeder command. Each time this command is used, it will require the owner to pay 20,000 credits for a new speeder deed. This command can be used an unlimited amount of times similar to the /seGoggles command for collectors edition subscribers. There is no other way to obtain a Naboo Flash Speeder at this time.
Unless there is another post (which I've been unable to find by going through the main site, or the Dev Tracker), then I'll take it to mean that I get a Flash Speeder when my UK pre-order comes through in the post as it says NOTHING about where you pre-order from, just that you get a speeder as long as you pre-order the expansion.

But as far as I knowe its more discrimination!!
Only the USA pre-order packs get the Naboo Flash Speeder
I too am Brit,(pre-ordered my copy from Play.com ) now showing a 5th Nov release date.
and I have been told not to expect the flash speeder

I realise that, but my point is where if the "Official" word on who gets a speeder and who doesn't ?
All it says from SOE themselves is that you must pre-order, not that you must pre-order from a specific retailer
As for the release date, s*** happens

only peopel who order through EB games get the speder and only if they pre ordred over 4 weeks ago.... after that the pre order box doesnt come with a FS code .... its a silly rip off , but hey the speeder realy does suck X34 is better so i feel ok about ordering mine months ago of Amazon and not getting a speeder

Aolita, I'm reading what you are saying, and that's what everyone says......................except SOE, they haven't said anything about it other than you must pre-order......
- Is it something that was missed from the entry in the knowledge base ?
- Is it something that all other retailer have not advertised ?
- Is it an exclusive deal with ebgames ?
- None of the above ?
I'm not discounting what you've said or saying that it isn't true, so no offense when I say this:
All i want is the official answer from SOE themselves because as it stands at the moment, If you pre-order, you get a speeder.

Ok, I pre-ordered from EBGames.com on 10/21/04.... does that mean I don't get a Flash Speeder?

You've pre-ordered the game (regardless of where) and according to SOE's current statement, that means you get a speeder.
It doesn't say where you must pre-order from to get a speeder, or that there is a cut-off date for the pre-orders.

I'm not upset over it, but there are loads of posts about this and it's confusing as the community has one thought pattern, but reading the official line gives you a different one. I'm only after an answer as to which is right

i bought a pre-order locally yesterday (10-26) and got the flash speeder yesterday.

I pre-ordered back in September, got the JTL beta disk (which you must enter as a separate code in your profile for registration) and that unlocked my Flash Speeder as of a day or so ago. This was without the JTL disk at all, just the beta disk code number. Fed Ex informs me the full JTL expansion is on its way to my door right now after getting off a plane this morning, and after installing that I get the yacht I suppose.
Other than the cool look of the new speeder, it's actually worse than any of the other rides, including the X-34. Unless it's something you've just got to have, don't lose any sleep over it.
