Well after calling them about my promo cd I have been informed that they stoped with the promo on the 14th and I bought it on the 15th so if you bought it on the 15th or later you will not get your promo cd from gamestop. And you can't cancel today if you picked overnight shipping. So not only do I not get my speeder I wasted $10 on shipping that I will never get back.

Thats life I guess would have been nice if they would have updated their page to reflect that casue I could have swore it said special speeder and beta invite when I purchased it.

Bet your ass it did. That's the SOLE REASON i ordered online was to get the speeder, for the novelty of having one. Otherwise why wouldn't I just walk into the store and take one off the counter? It's not going to be sold out, go to any gamestore and anyone will tell you all about the bad rap SWG has for being broke and halfassed. I'm slightly ticked but I know it doesn't matter. SOE can get away with unethical business practices, because the SW trademark is the holy grail of trademarks

I pre-orded from Gamestop on the evening of the 14th, and disctinctly remember that looking for and not finding any thing about the pre-order bonus. So if you ordered on the 15th or later, you may have thought that the bonus was there because you read it elsewhere, but Gamestop HAD PULLED THE PRE-ORDER info from their website by that time. You were not mislead, but you may have suffered from poor reading comprehension.

No you don't understand. They ordered it after the 15th, but were not informed that they would NOT receieve the Flash Speeder.
I knew the salesman seemed almost hesitant to sell me the pre-order......

How expensive do you think it is to manufacture these speeders then. SOE could solve this in minutes, simple email all those that preorded a coded allowing them access to the flashspeeder, at very little cost to them.
ANd it would buy them a lot of goodwill.

i know its no consolation BUT the car is junk, i stored it after about a min to break out my swoop - it doesnt even look good.
Riding in it makes me feel like im walking with a load in my pants...slowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww
