SOE does not know who pre-ordered. Get this through your thick heads! You pre-ordered with a retailer, be they Gamestop, Ebgames, Amazon, , LucasArts store, or Bob's Software Shack.com. SOE has NOTHING, I repeat, NOTHING to do with pre-orders, other than making sure that retailers get the proper number of boxes to satisfy the pre-order demands.
To do what you are suggesting, a retailer would have to share confidential customer information with SOE so that they could corrolate subscriber accounts with whomever pre-ordered. This would, I believe, violate several federal consumer privacy laws. It won't happen.

Well ... I pre-ordered in store from GameStop on the 15th and I got a flash speeder so not sure why they told you that.

Well, I think you haved showed yourself up a bit here, no need for name calling.
It could be easily done, in exactly the dame way that SOE dealt with the mistake that they made when they sent out SWG duplicate cd keys. They gave out an email address and asked you to attach proof of purchase, then they emailed you a new cd key.

Bet your ass it did. That's the SOLE REASON i ordered online was to get the speeder, for the novelty of having one. Otherwise why wouldn't I just walk into the store and take one off the counter? No you don't understand. They ordered it after the 15th, but were not informed that they would NOT receieve the Flash Speeder.
I knew the salesman seemed almost hesitant to sell me the pre-order......

I preordered my jtl on the 2-th and got the disk......and btw,i think the flash speedere is much better then the AV-21

Update.
Well after calling Gamestop online they said no, so I figured I would call my local one and see if they had some. Woot I got one and they even gave it to me for free so its all good and I'm not upset over my shipping fee anymore lol.
