Thread: Newbie Help
Go into town and ask someone if they will train you. That's what I've done and I'm also willing to train people in whatever they need if they ask. The NPC trainers in town will charge you 1000 credits. Most people will train you for free, but I normally tip them to train me. Its just nice to do so.

The xp that you need is combat xp, I'd suggest getting some C12 grenades and using you bleed shot and toss some grenades on some low level mobs. You'll get they xp quick enough. If you have any more ?'s let us know here on the boards, I'm sure one of us will be able to help.![]()

if you get the whole construction line you will be able to make 9's....also, use liquid protochemicle or lube oil as chemicles.
See the FAQ stickied at the top of the board, this is a great starting point. If that does not have enough info for you then take a look at this thread which has a lot of detail (possibly too much for starting out)

or one of the other threads that deal with the same question for which you will need to search the boards.
But PLEASE, do not at the moment rely upon the advise from Hoodrat, I am sure he has good intentions, but for the most part his information appears to be unresearched, inaccurate and misleading, ![]()
Hoodrat, please don't take this wrong, your enthusiasm is refreshing, but please don't post as though you are stating facts, other noobs (I assume you are one based on the evidence) may follow your advice when you state it so categorically, this I am afraid could spoil their gaming experience as most of what you have expounded will result in sub-standard results, which can be an expensive learning curve for newbie archs (our profession requires a certain amount of investment in terms of time, effortand credits.
