I just wanted to offer my 2 cents to the devs...

I was in space tonight and had a horrible lag time (at a steady 1007)

sure that's horribe, but no biggie, I'll get over it (I'm sure it was just my connection)

anyhow, I died twice in space and and when I got back 2 land I had 600 bf and almost wounded to nonexistance.

I think the damage done to you in space shouldn't have quite the impact to your personal stats. Some damage is no big deal, but when I have to sit in a cantina for 15 minutes followed by the only medic in coronet med center (a novice by the way who didn't do as much in 30 minutes as a master dr didwith 1 heal)

anyways, if you could drop down the damage done (although maybe still leave a lot of battle fatigue...not as high, but still high....after all...I would be quite fatigued if I ejected from my escape pod and had to be towed back to port)

as I was saying....just my 2 cents

Hey, if you want SNAFU, try ejecting. When I get fragged in space, I get 100 wounds across the board and accumulate 100 BF. When I eject, I get 200 wounds across the board and 200 BF. Figure that out. =)

hard not 2 die when I was having lag that was too bad to even hit my targets.......

when I have very low lag it's not an issue....b/c I can whip some rebel butt inspace

If the lag is your connection, as you stated then I don't think it's fair to blame the games design because of your internet connection.

If you've got the skill points, pick up novice medic and buy somewoundB's. (Which you can use at Novice. At least as a human.). If you land at Mos Eisley, Theed, or Coronet, you shouldn't have a problem finding tons of entertainers to heal your mind, and those wound B's will have you fixed up in 1-3 uses per attribute.

I say keep the wounds and the BF. At first in the betaI hated it. (In fact so much so i started working on TKA meditate on live)

But after thinking about it,medics and entertainers get something out of JTL to make some exp off of. And thats a good thing.

I'd agree, if there were space stations that players could walk in, it would go a long way to letting entertainters and roleplayers have some sort of content in space.

Space stations would be an utterly fabulous idea. It would be a great place to get missions (mission terminals for instanced missions instead of the stock duty missions would be nice...as would a nice credit reward...as it stands I don't see how a noob pilot who comes to JtL for the add-on without ever having played the ground game and amassed a few hundred thousand creds to buy new equipment and ships will ever get anywhere without getting frustrated, especially since the seller's market on space looted items is dropping out.) Also, having cantinas and med centers...some new ARCHITECTURE to look at instead of the same old stuff, over and over...even landing on faction stations so TIE pilots can swap stories and Rebs can plot ways to bring about a New Galactic Order. And you don't have to land at all, then. That's the best part.
