Hey, I know the issue of how to get your ship to land at Jabba's Palace has been brought up here before, however I've gone through all the old posts and they all deal with Privateers getting access to land there.

I'm an Imp pilot, so I never expected to be able to land there until my fellow Imp pilot friend DID get the option to do so. He's Tier 4 and never has been Privateer. I'm Tier 3. We've both completed Jabba's Theme Park, but neither of us has ever done any Jabba Space missions. It's odd that he has access and I don't...

Any other Imp pilots out there been able to land at Jabba's? And if so, do you know what allowed you to do so?

I think you unlock palace access from on the ground.

My only thought is that perhaps he completed the themepark after space access was added to the Palace, but that would assume that you completed it before then. Otherwise I'm not sure what would be causing that.

If that's the case, there should be an NPC you can talk to if you finished the themepark already, that'll allow you to land there.

Very interesting point... went to the J-man's throne room and saw the Pilot Trainer but he wanted nothing to do with me... anyone know any other NPC's in Jabba's palace that might grant the access?

And I'm not sure if my friend completed the park before or after JTL but I know I did it before.

ive done jabbas park and have the tier 2 boxes, need to do the exit quests, and i was allowed to land there.
i havent finished the tat space station missions, done 2 i think.

in the ground game im currently imp, but i havent tried to land at the retreat. i have done the park, so should i be able to land there?

i went reb just long enough to do the park, then switched to imp to do that park, and may or may not stay reb, but can i land at the reb hideout?
maybe if i go neutral?

guess ill check it out later.

My SWG Observations

If they stopped the expansions for one year and gave quality revamps to the professions that need it most, many people would resubscribe.
With all the resubs, and the new players, there would then be plenty of money to hire enough people to do 2-4 quality revamps per year plus 1-2 larger expansions per year and/or 2-4 smaller expansions per year, and not give the BigWigs a pay cut. (Possibly even an increase)

Personally I think only Smuggler's Alliance pilots should be able to land at Jabba's...but then why would anyone want to land there after they finished the theme park and the SA pilot tier 3 missions?

My PA has our primary outpost 1.5k away from Jabba's... I'd much rather land there and drive to my placethan land at Eisley and shuttle to Mos Omenos and THEN drive to it.
