Use full scan then try registering expansion and volia you are done

This issue is now resolved! Please go and enter in your keys and let me know if it is not working properly.

Pardon me Tiggs,
I too received both the JTL expansion and the pre-order disk at the same time (darn EB in Canada). When attempting to enter the PRE-ORDER key in either of the two locations indicated on the lauchpad (Location 1 and Location 2) I too recieved the error message as seen above.
It appears this issue has NOT been resolved...sorry to bear the bad news.
Keeping my fingers crossed (all 6 of them)

Just tried it a couple of times, not working on my main account. Will try again later tonight, as it did work on my secondary account (no, not trying to use one key for both account).
Ok, figured it out. The registar expansion button defaulted to my main account - EVEN THOUGH I was logged into my second account, thus the main was already enabled. Had to use the 'my account' button in order to enable my second account.![]()

The above guy is clearly an idoit who does not read the full forums before posting....take that as a lesson to all of you.

Which in summary says the following to save you the cut and paste time and me the "clicky" time:
The remedy worked for me!
Use the 'My Account" button to register your expansion in the launchpad... not the 'register expansion' button.
Worked like a charm!

i pre ordered my expansion and still have the recietes but i never got my second key, i ordered it in time, what happened
