If (and this is a big if) Jedi get access to Jedi starfighters, I hope the devs will give Dark Jedi access to Sith Infiltrators or TIE Advanceds (if they're not in already) or some similarly cool and distinct ship.

This is a total tanget, but this thread title made me think of Pigs in Space.



Ancient weapons and hokey religions are no match for a rocket launcher in your backpack.

jedi starfighter model is already in the expansion... whether or not it will be jedi only has not been released.


tie advanced are also in game, for imperial use so i assume a dark jedi could get one.


sith infiltrators are not confirmed yet (although they look really cool)

Its an A-wing (which looks simular)in the Expansion... didnt see anything confirming Jedi Starfighters.

Jedi Starfighters?


In this time frame, where did anyone see a "Jedi Starfighter"? Luke was the only "known" Jedi-hopeful at the time, and he flew an X-Wing. Continuity or otherwise, it would not make sense for Jedi to pilot special craft, ESPECIALLY on the Rebel side..... Do you REALLY want to be the primary target of every single ship in the Imperial Navy, or is this a case of "Oh I'm a Jedi and I should get special treatment in every aspect of the game?"


Not trying to take away from the Jedi here, but give me a break.

I would rather not see them in, either, but if they are in I want to see something equivalent for the Dark Side. If the TIE Advanced is the Dark Jedi ship, that's cool (though a lot of Imps would be pretty ticked about that, I think) - if it's not, and there are Jedi starfighters in, the Sith Infiltrator would be nice. That being said, I don't think there should be any jedi-only spacecraft in the game.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but all the dark Jedi arn't Sith. Now I could very easly be wrong and make no claims of being 100% but arn't you lot just a bunch of darkside weilding evil Jedis who would love nothing more then to over throw the empire and replace it with your own?


Ya so my point was would you have acess to the infiltraed then?

Yep the Jedi Starfighters look awesome. Those are the only things I would rather fly than an X-Wing. Too bad im Imperial so I wont get to fly an X-Wing anyway. But at least maybe my Jedi character can fly the Jedi Starfighter. I hope they include the enhanced versions that are going to be in Episode 3.


As for Jedi getting special treatment. The ship should just be a cert in our Force Enhancement tree or something. Since the Jedi Starfighters were designed to be piloted by Force Sensitives. As for them not appearing in this time frame. I dont remember seeing Super Battle Droids either but they are all over the place now. This game seems to becoming more an more like it was set in the prequels with each patch. They are even adding a Jedi Council for god sakes. LOL
