Oh, that's an easy one. First, go to your local scout trainer (use /find and select trainer: Scout From the list) and pay 100 credits to learn Novice Scout. After that, you need to get a generic crafting tool. Get 10 hide and 5 bone, and viola! Your own basic camp kit.

After getting Novice Scout (if you don't already have it). To get the hide and bone you can harvestthose (to make the camp kits) from the creatures you kill. After killing the creature walk up and click on it and hold the mouse button down until the radial comes up and gives you the option to Harvest. Chose the type of item you want to harvest from there.

Be wary of the type of bone and hide you harvest, it must all be from the same stack...for example you can't use 2 units from one type of animal and 8 from another. Your best bet is to find a good spawn spot and build up a few stacks, I found a good group of Banthas when through and killed them all twice and harvested hide first, then the same for bone. This gives you some pretty good size stacks to work with as well as a good amount of scout xp if you need it.

The trouble with oaths of the type "Death before Dishonor" is that it wiil eventually divide the world into two types of people...The Dead and the Forsworn.

I have just recently started playing the game and am thinking about trying to become a master marksmen. Does this mean I will have to fill all 4 catagories under the master marksmen skill list? Any help is appreciated.

Thanks,

Yes, to master a profession you have to fill all four skill boxes. To get the master box you need to have 620 (uh oh, is it 640?) apprentice xp points which means you have trained many people in skills you know. You get 10 times the Skill Points you spent on a box when you train someone in it. So training someone in Tier I, which costs 2 skill points, will get you 20 apprentice xp points.

There is a ton off stuff on this very forum about this, Masters get a modest increase of ranges over a slicer

5% more to be specific, and yes we have been calling for the master box to reflect this bonus so all can see it

Use either Wind, Solar or Radioactive. There is an option under the radial for Deposit Power, then a slider window will open up with the amount of power you currently have on you and the amount you wish to deposit. Basically just like the Pay Maintenance.

To get wind, solar or radioactive you need to either harvest it, or buy it from a resource vendor/bazaar). Use a wind generator for wind power (schematic available in Engineering 3), Solar collectors for solar power (schematic only available in the architecture tree), and ion generator for radioactives (this schematic is also available in the architecture tree).

Radioactives often have a better potential energy than solar and wind power. Additionally, you can almost always find higher concentrations of radioactives than you can of solar and wind. All that being said . . . expect to pay a pretty penny for ion generators.
