Reply there was no lag and most of the shots were between 1200 and 1700.

i was in the process of running from some BHs, a Master swordsman named smigow, escaped him rather easily, then i landed in Mos Etha to get a new swoop bike, none around, the vendor i liked was gone, went back to the star port and just as i hit travel BOOM! stepped on a MSE-6 droid and the sucker blew up ( haha, jk it was a BH droid ) i hit travel and got out of there, went to bestine and ran a bit, i wasn't thinking he could arrive so fast, i ran to the cantina but half way there, a quick head shot from the BH/riflemen took my min from 1900 to 0 in 1 shot, i went to FoW since im TKM and before i could the sucker did snipershot and killed me. so basicly he did 1900 dmg to my mind in 1 shot when i had on 70% base armor fully buffed/mind buff.

Yes.. with a 1k max carbine that is quite possible, and there have been a few dropping with the new faction base npcs

Yes its possible.. ive been shot for 2024 pts of damage from a pistol using Last Ditch
and btw, the being MLS has 0 effect on the amount of damage you take from a ranged attack. LS toughness doesnt effect ranged, only jedi toughness does.Edit: it was a 700 damage DE-10, btw

mabye it was a fluke shot or he has an uber weapon of some sort.

Well there seem to be various reasons for it but now im not bothered I lost 422k xp which I got back in a cple of hrs so no biggie.
the nice thing was there was no griefing in fact we said nothing to each other he killed me I got on with it and I just wondered how he could hit me that hard. so thanks all for ur answers

While it is sad. Here's one thing that happened to my friend. He has this 4k dmg T21 rifle on his server. Unfortuantely, the guy that has it, is on opposite side. My friend is a Jedi Knight with Rank 0. he is MLS, healer 4/0/0/4 and ME. He was killed in 1 shot. (it was mind shot3). His mind was unbuffed, but I think even with a buffed mind, it is possible with these "exceptional" weapons. Quite an unbalance

well i looted a laser rifle, and with pups it is nearly 1000 max damage, when he used strafe shot on me, he made 1800 damage, so i see that the bh used spray shot, so maybe he got a nice, a very nice laser carbine with more then 1000 max damage
and well, it was a speed slice
