Oh, and for those of you that think that rebels can't get access to Imperial equipment I will point you to the Starwars Movie "Return of the Jedi" for those of you that haven't seen it :-p, the rebels "acquired" an Imperial shuttle.

1. The Arc-170 is not useless. Get it loaded up with Re'd equipment and two gunners and you'll kick ass.

2. You can fly the JSF, just go imp long enough to get it them come back and use it as a rebel.

3. If you'd rather not do that, buy the Grevious Starfighter, or go get it in the Necrosis quest. It has the exact same stats/maneuvaribility as the JSF and any facation can use it.

Oh, I'd also like to point out that many Imperials might think it unbalance that rebels get access to the heavy X-wing, since compared to the Crimson Tie Interceptor, the heavy X-wing is a far superior reward for the same quest. So go get the heavy x-wing and then you can feel superior.

I don't want anyone to "feel superior" and ifyou think the heavy Xwing has anything on the JSF you haven't fought that fight.

Actually I have. I lost twice, but I took it out once.

Then I came back with my Grevious Starfighter and took it out again.

I will have to check out the Grevious Starfighter, but they did make it insanely difficult to finish that mission. Another problem with the space combat is that the multiplayer ships don't have enough guns to necessitate a minimum of 4 players. These ships really need 2 guns for each turret in order to make it worth it.

Current system has worked fine for me, and if you can't beat the mission for the grevious starfighter, buy it. It sales from 1.5 mil to 8 mil.

But never as much rear end as you would if you had three pilots in their own ships.

true enough, unless they aren't high enough tier pilots to make an impact in pvp or high end PvE

Yes, that's true.

But the real problem is that all the new ships are far superior to the old, JTL ships. That's where the new ships really show that they are unbalanced. Basically, there is no longer any point in any of the JTL ships.

Yep.
Arc and JSF are both quest based, Grevious Starfighter can be unpackaged and flown by anyone who has a tier 4 piloting skill.

Of the last 9 JSF's I fought in my heavy-x, 6 got a free trip back to endor. You lose the fights because you enter them thinking you can't win.
