just finished my 6th branch yesterday, so i'm going on the assumption that i should be waiting for the old man now..just a question.
my melee accuracy quest was buggy but i was able to train the branch and get the rewards, however i still have the uncompleted part (ensure the commander is captured) in my journal, is this gonna mess me up in any way or i should be good to go just waiting for the geezer?

this is that same thing that has happened to me but it is my first mission so i dont know what is goin to happen

As Long as you have your 6 Branches filled, that is all that matters my friend, that is the key that unlocks the geezer, 6 filled, you are good to go

I haven't had time to get ingame and figure things out about respec and don't have enouh computer time to read all the threads about it sooo did they officially change it to tier yet(BTW this is not a post complaining just curious)

Medical Crafting appears to work, however I do not have a Combat med Crafting suit to test on.

AFAIK CM stuff is now obsolete 
It is something we hoped would not happen, but with the rush to get the CURB out, it was probably not the highest priority.
my advice is hang on to it as it may be converted in the future.

sry if this has been answered somwhere but I looked and didnt see it. does anyone know where the proton carbine schem comes from? my WS buddy said he didnt see it in his draft schems so it must be some kind of quest reward ot loot drop. any ideas?

I dont think it has been implemented yet, but will be with RoTW. If im wrong somebody correct me

I've been looking and haven't found if its a loot or RotW addition. I fear with the recent massive drop in population that it may be awhile before ppl are able to explore enough to find out.
