You can't get the actual Millennium Falcon as that's a one of a kind

You can get the YT-1300 ship made for you by a Shipwright however, that
is the same model ship as the Millennium Falcon.

You will need to be a Master Privateer to fly it though.

Master/Ace in any of the Pilot professions. Although I do think they should make a few smaller POB ships for you to get a little earlier (not as much mass/not as many gun slots or maybe a pilot controlled gun and one turret).

Typically... you click the Launch button, and then use your joystick to steer it.

If you want to know how to shoot from the pilots seat, you can't. Go get some friends to ride in the Turrets, they shoot for you... all you have to do is fly the ship.

The only thing the pilot can shoot are the missiles. The co-pilot operates the droid commands.
