I don't think the sizes are off too much. Check out this site, a pretty cool graphic display of ships from various Sci-fi sources. You can drag them with the mouse and overlay them with each other. It appears that a yt-1300 is about 1/3 bigger than an f-14 tomcat, so it really isn't a huge ship, 26m is about the size of a nice luxury yacht. The 10X page gives nice big starfighter pictures, SW is the third row over, you might have to scroll.

I knew Star Wars took place in a galaxy far far away but I didn't relaize how small a universe it was. Look at that picture of the Deathstar compared to Earths Moon. That thing is tiny.
Really cool site. It deserved a bookmark.

That site most sufficiently fails to suck!

Yes, you can sell it from the data pad using the trade screen. Prices vary, but it really depends on the hitpoints/lifespan it has left. Ships are still new enough the prices haven't settled in to range yet, so it depends on you and the buyer. My sister sells them new for 750k, I have seen other prices higher and lower.

Question 1 - don't know. I was under the impression it could NOT be traded from the datapad, this is the first time I've seen someone say it could. I'll look into it.
Question 2 - Depends completely on the ship quality and the shipwright.
Just the chassis (like all Master ships) requires 150k resources ---- with 5 important statistics. So then if the MSW is making it with premium resources and charges you only 10cpu, you're looking at 1.5 mill for just the chassis.
On the other hand if he's mined his own, or is using 3cpu resources (still makes decent quality) he may charge less.
Many shipwrights charge 1mill for master ships as a standard price. Some charge less, some more.. truthfully on a MP ship only 4 of the stats are really important, not 5, since 5 million mass allowance +/- 2.4% won't change anything for what can be fit.

Are you folks saying that you can trade an outfitted ship in the trade window? If so that would be amazing! i seriosuly doubt it tho. Perhaps they were reffering to just trading a ship deed or blueprint...

How powerful is the yt-1300 compaired to the Nova and decimater? Also I was looking in the swordsman forums and I found a nice little saying for you pilots, "Ya, my other ride is your girlfriend", made me laugh.

The YT-1300 has a smaller profile (though is still as big as a house), has one less launcher, and a slightly wider field of effectiveness for turret gunners.
The inside, like the outside, ain't exactly pretty, and systems panels are located haphazardly.
