i know it doesnt say anything in the master box on smuggler, but it helps, you "can" get bigger slices, (insert loads of stuff about random here), but get master it will help.

Yeah. When i was just a slicer i once got a 9% on a piece of armor, thank god it was mine. The lowest ever recorded by a master was, 12%. May have been 11%, but im not sure.

yea, i think what most ppl have told me is something like 30% max with slicing 4 35% with master smuggler. I can live with that, i think the best slice i ever got anyway was 28%. is the lower limit of the range affected by master smuggler too?

well for the most part it has been good. But the question is so broad that I have no idea where to start.
