The devs changed a lot of stuff recently, with no word to the gaming community.
Basically there are 8 'random' professions that they select and one gets their unlocks from that. What really really sucks about this is it goes totally against what TH said earlier. He said that depending on the holos done, credit would be given - NOT for the random haphazard jumping that many people did. Therefore, some people with 24 professions done got 2-3 unlocks, and some who did 5 professions got 4-5 unlocks...wrong, yes indeed.
As far as the old man, he will come to you if you're moving or sitting still. Unfortunately he doesn't show up on the minimap,so watch your game text, because one time he was yelling at me and had to chase me down about 100-200m before I actually saw him (i can tell by the time interval). I have two force sensitive characters now, I just logged in, walked around some, and within 10 min I know if I got it that day or not. Worked well for me, others found it better by jumping from starport to starport and town to town...but regardless, he will come eventually.

Yes you will still get the same freebies you're due whether the old man visits you because you glow, or he visits youi because of how much grinding you've done. Only difference is, if you're glowing you may get a visit earlier than you would normally get dependant on your grinding level.

Once you become Jedi Padawan, what happens to your force sensitive skills? Are they prerequistes for the Jedi skill tree or do you drop them? Do you have to keepthem and applytoward your 250 point skill cap if you plan to be a full Jedi?

They're prereqs, you have to keep them forever and they continue to count against your 250 skill points.

Hmm... so.. what would be the point of learning Ranged Accuracy and Ranged Speed, or really, any of theskills beyond Melee Accuracy, Melee Speed, Ranged Defense andMelee Defense beside the fact you need 6 branchesto be Padawan?

there is none, the senses you speak of are only good for people that are looking to stay master rifle mand or what not. Just like the survey and the crafting ones. they are there to give those that wish to better at their pros that are not looking to go the path of jedi.

Ok, say i Unlock one Combat Prowess Tree in Phase one, can i still put XP into it in the next phase? Or must i do the whole tree now?

I dont think you have to master that tree before the next phase...but then how else could the devs screw us?...but im not sure...
Devs for the love of some higher power, please pull your head out of your back side before it is too late!!!

hiya, real quick, most likely very stupid question...
i just had to give up CH (i will hopefully go back to it sooner rather than later) but i have had a few people asking for my pets, and i was wondering if i can still give them to people now that I'm not MCH... i'm not even NCH anymore. I've trained all my pets Transfer, does that enable me to put them in a trade window or am i stuck because i wouldhave to call them and transfer them normally?
Thanks for any help you guys can give me

any pet trained with trasfer can be traded via the trade window...
