You have to fill out the boxes with what ever it is they decide that you can catalog it as, its almost mulipul choice and insulting as well if you cannot find the correct avenue to go down.

I like it because its star wars however I do fell that we are charged beta testers I would rather them fixthe current game stuff then add crap like the CC and Deathwatch bunker until the other stuff was going seems to me the games supposed to be based around the GCW and it doesnt even work! Kinda like driving a car with four flat tires and adding a fifth tire to get ya around makes no sense.

II agree there are some areas that SOE could be doing better,especially inCustomer Support and communication with the players. I would also prefer to see a higher priority placed on fixing bugs than adding new content.

Overall though I think they are doing a good job and I'm still enjoying the game.

I don't think SOE is lucky at all. All MMORPG games have their faults. All of them. In my humble opinion, Sony had a great game with Everquest and a good game with Star Wars Galaxies. I anxiously await EQ2 to see how it compares. All my experiences with CSRs in both games have neen positive. I got my requests answered when I needed them to be. SWG benefits greatly from the Star Wars name in that I don't think people would have put up with half the problems they face with this game without the Star Wars name on the box. However, having said that, I do think that the SWG devs provide the best avenue for player/dev communication out of all the MMORPG games and they do a good job of implementing quests. The thing is, they can't do what everyone wants them to do, but I think they try to balance player desires with what is good for balance and gameplay.

If there is one place where the SWG devs get low marks from me, it is in execution. They come up with these imaginative ideas and also implement fixes to broken issues, but the problem is those changes break 10 other systems. I always find it amusing when the new publishes come out to see systems suddenly get broken which didn't even appear to have fixes applied to them. I think the complexity of the system running the game is even too complex for the people who created it. I do see things getting better and that is why I have resubscribed recently, after a few months off. However, they will only get my dollar for as long as I see them continuing this positive effort and things I am reading about Jedi dominance are not making me happy. However, that is on Test and I will wait until it is live to judge.

I NEVER said that I hated the game at all. As a matter of fact I still like it allot for many reasons.

I was ONLY saying that the way this company treats it's paying customers, with respect to consistant communication and the sharing of profession specific information on a regular basis, is just plain sad and unprofessional.

...And if there were better games than this one out there, that actually treated their customer base with respect and professionalisim, I would have been gone a long time ago.

The reading comprehension level of the people who like to sling insults at other peoplein theseforums is definately sub par. Next time try thinking about what you just read before replying with an un-waranted insult and making yourself look like a complete idiot.

You knowI never got much into Microsoft hating and I work through its problems everyday. The thing is that we are alll naturaly egocentric some of of have learned that the world doesnt revolvo around our probles others havent /shrug. People tend to forget that just because it seems like a big deal to them doesnt mean it is or has to be to me. Figure out just what percentage you actually are and understnad that you may have a gripe but it just doesnt add up.

Hello fellow fencers, i thought i would post something that has probablt been discussed and what not but i thought i wouldthrow caution to the wind and and give my experience/opinion. he goes.

so i log on with the intent of getting a buff, health mind and action. after my buff i had the idea of going to the geo. i havnt been to the geo cave in fact i just started going there and have been maybe 3 times. now im not a power gamer so i get on maybe 2-3 hours at a time depending on buff length or if i get bored. this time around on my buffs i wantted to play as long as my mind buffs last. so i head out to yavin and to the cave. i get there and not to my suprise since ive been to the cave 3 times in the past 7 days, i find about 5 or 6 jedi killing the geos. fine by me, not my target, mine are the mercs since they r vulnerable to stun. so i get to the merc room and to my suprise (well sort of) i find 2 more different jedi ok, ill head to the room near the beginning of the cave where all the crazed geos spawn. i get there and for some reason like 30 geos spawn and agro me its ok im also tka 4444, so it takes me a little to kill them, dont get anything real good, but thats ok. next spawn starts up and low and behold more jedi come, different ones than my friends at the enterance and merc room b/c i cheecked my map and they were still there. so my new jedi friends (4 of them) begin to dominate the enemy around me. me being a fencer can not even come close to the dps that they do so i cant get any loot. im not sure if im ranting but r people finding that the jedi seem to be moving in on all the high end pve places. it just doesnt seem fu to walk around a corner and see a jedi and his friend jedi and his friends friend jedi. maybe im just tired and need sleep. i dont post a lot but this just really bothered me. agree with me disagree flame me or not, just thought i would post something since i dont post at all.

sadly, jedi in this high amount will ruin this game
