I agree. I will be honest, since this game came out..or actually, since i played in beta, my only goal was, and still is, to become a Jedi. Since i have Finally mastered my combat prof (swordsman), I have actually began to have alot more fun. Probably becasue I can hold my own in a fight now. However, everytime I play, all I do is grind. All I can think about is maxing out my xp, so I can run to the village and convert it. Im not a power grinder by any sense of the word. I can usually play, on average, an hour to an hour and a half a day. ( I work, im married, and I have 2 kids =) ) So when I actually get time to play, I dont want to "waste" time doing anything else but earning xp. Ive tried to combine it with other things now though. Instead of running back and forth doing missions..I try to take on Jantas and Kungas, while Im grinding, Im also trying to loot some crystals. Gives me something else to think about while im slowly grinding my way to Jedi. Just my 2 cents.....

ii agree with u about having fun i have mastered nearly all the proffesions apart from the entertainer tree and i have found until i became force sensitive i was starting to get bored of the game but now its added a whole new side to it and i want to take it slowly so i can still experience the game as a norm before going jedi because on my jedi account onwanderhome and the game gets far tuffer when u get there with all the bounty hunters after you it can get very tedious when u have to log off for a few weeks to get rid of the teff
ebak master tka /master swordsman /jedi initiate bria
ebak padawan wanderhome

Don't you think you are being a little hard on the guy for just asking a question? If I made a mistake like that and thought it cost me weeks upon weeks I would ask questions and see if there was a way to reverse said mistake. I believe thatwas all he was doing. Perhaps you could have just replied to him with a link to a stickie that would have helped him out more? I know you get sick of reading the same questions over and over, but perhaps he is new to the forums like both of us were at one time and doesn't know how to get around them yet. I always believe positive and helpful responses are the best to give when it appears the person is asking a legit question. Just my two cents.

There is no reason why we should not be able to click FR again and have it turn off. This is how it works for force armor and the speed buff.
Its lame waiting for FR to wear off so the fight can begin.

yeah, just like you can cloak and uncloak, FR could be on a toggle too. Guess they worry that if its on a toggle you can FR3 in and out of a battle very quickly with no penalty, which would mean that there would be no point in having the damage reduction, which would mean that we'll be back to the same position of post pub-9.
I'd be happy if they made FR1 seperate from FR@/3
