Veteran Master Bounty Hunter here, and On my server we are still floating around quite a bit. Been a MBH For a very long time. I will be a MBH Untill the day my Account is cancelled.

the highest i've ever seen is 326,000. i'm a master bh, but there's no difference in level. 226,000 is the usualy highest.

Hi I am a Master Merchant on the Corbantis server. I have a vendor about 1k from Mos Eisley. I am looking to pruchase your crafted ites, trade goods and loot. I will pay you well and am looking to establish long-term business relationships. It doesnt matter if you are a novice artisan or a master I am interested in reselling your trade goods. I am was a Master Shipwright before but found it to difficult to run a sucessful merchant and try to find the resources necessay. I hope that this venture would be win win for all of us. I found it better to not tell people you were going to resell their goods, because that can make them realize their prices are too low.
