No one knows the answer to either.
However, it's unlikely ships will be bought with FPs. Components/enhancements, perhaps, but it's been implied that all ships will be produced by SWs.

I doubt the free ship will be TF. If your Imp Faction, you can't use an Xwing. It will be in the Rebel Profession and Imps won't have access to that =). I resent you calling TF crappy. I will have fun owning Xwings in my crappy TF.
The free ship will probably be a non-aligned ship that any faction can use.

all novice pilots WILL get a very low level ship, and it will NOT be an iconic ship.
Expect the CDEF version of spaceships...
This is addressed in the review of E3 questions posted on these forums..

Yes, you need to be a novice politician to place a City Hall.
You should also be aware that within the first 24 hours,you will need to have a minimum of 10 residents (ie; yourself and nine others), own a house within the city boundaries and have that house as their declared residence.
If you fail to have the 10 residents by the end of the 24 hour period your City Hall will vanish (along with anything that you had inside it, any city maintenance, etc).

Have any of you Bounty Hunter's dueled or tried to kill a Jedi yet. Is there any hope whatsoever?

Yes i will bug you jedi 
if i unlock before Pub 10 , will my main be my jedi ?
My jedi friends say you can either choose the main to be FS , or get an alt ( if you unlock before pub 10 ) after wards your main will be jedi.
i dont know what to belive anymore o_O
dont tell me jedi archives , just hit me with a straight answer with proof so i can either
A) Relax and get another character
B) cry and moan ill waste my main on jedi

all you'd need is 0400... but you do know you can't heal your own mind? and that you'll take mind wounds when you use this skill?

yeah. i like healing other ppl and the wounds wouldnt really matter if i was in a npc city cause cantinas. another thing, would the wounds i get be lowered if i had higher focus? thx for the quick response.
