Hello. I recently aquired a belt with a +9 carbine speed mod. I'm no carbineer and was wondering if you could give me a ruff estimate of its value. I posted it on my servers trade forum but got no responce. Figured the pros would know best 
grenaders belt 238/1000 condition
+9 carbine speed
+5 weapon repair

i would get it fixed up by a master tailor first. The price really depends on the server. some might be 9 mil, other might 2 mil. It varies that much. I would fix it up and repost as an auction. If you're not gonna use it then no point not sellin it.

Yeah we hate those Price Check threads, either sell it or don't 
And a Belt isn't worth that much as it takes the place of a PSG.....raw SEA would be worth a lot more.....

Are those Mods that replace files for swords to make them look like Lightsabers legal? Can we use them without going against the contract? If they ARE legal would someone point me towards a few links?

Altering the client is illegal but some things are more "illegal" than others. No one is going to complain if you change the "skin" of something.

Im fairly sure there is not as it is a contradiction in itself but is there a rifle that does Kinetic damage?

kinetic rifle = rifle that fires solid slugs
Don't see what's so contradictory there. Unfortunately, there isn't a kinetic rifle. The Tusken Rifle used to be, but is no longer. Guess the devs figured we shouldn't be doing every form of damage but lightsaber, so they changed it to energy.

I don't know for certain, but I don't think anyone would care. I mean, if you do replace the graphics, don't they just show up on your client, and no one else notices it?
I remember a few months back someone posting screens of himself decked out in Mandalorian long before the DWB was put in-game (edited the game files), and I don't think anyone busted his chops over it.

afaik they're legal, but as stated they only show for yourself and anyone else that has the same mod installed.
