i droped merchant but my house still has an access fee. how do i remove it since the tab in the terminal is no longer there? is there a command i can type to remove the access fee?

Please pardon what will appear to be a stupid question. I'm playing a friend's character while he is away overseas. His character is almost to master BH (one box left) and I thought I would help him along a little. I've never dabbled in BH, so I'm totally unfamiliar with it. Was looking forward to learning as I go.
My question is... I have obtained a mission, and I thought I was supposed to talk to a SpyNet operative, but they give me a message to the tune of "Whoa, I won't touch this one... find someone more experienced." Who the heck am I supposed to talk to?
Help!

Ok, I've grinded 12 professions, BH, scout, marksman, medic, doc, cm, rifleman, tka, brawler, pikeman, dancer, and squad leader. My question is should I keep going. I've got my silent so I'm playing the guessing game right now. But should I continue, I don't mind my main character becoming my Jedi, and I think I'd still like to do the quests (which I'll be able to do on my 2nd slot I suppose right?). I doubt I can get all 32 in by publish 10, but should I still go for it? Your opinions are appreciated, and flame if you want, I don't mind.

i have a funny feeling tatoine is full however a trick is to check after server reboot , when they delete failed cities and a slot may be availible.

Ok i looked in sticky posts didnt see anything on this.
I have a probot i bought right after DE patch.
Stats are
HAM 3088 ( little low i take it )
Attack - 163-173 ( thats 5 combat modules)
Ok i made a R3 combat droid.
Stats are
HAM 4487 ( using 980ish Lube oil)
Attack- 160-170 ( thats with 6105 combat modules)
Now i bought the probot and made the R3 unit.
My question is why do the probot that i have have better attack than a new R3 unit?
Do the probots get a bonus in this are?
Any help would be grateful.

as a general rule, probots have the most firepower, le repairs the most ham, and r-units are sorta in between.....so, as I'm sure you've noticed, the combat rating number doesnt really tell the whole story(there are formulas on the forum if you're really interested in the nitty gritty of how it works).

To put it simple. Yes. The Probot has a built in bonus. In fact even without any combat modules, a Probot will do still attack, only doing 1 damage though. Probots are basically suppossed to be fighters.
The only other Droid that gets a bonus like this are the MSE Droids with the Detonation modules, they basically get +10 to each module.

DXR6 5 uses (do not pay more than like 10k for it, they are extremely easy to get since all you have to do is run to the npc room, talk, get one, run outside to reset everything, repeat until inventory full)
MRB I think 5 uses, if you buy that then use the charges to make factory schematics, you can get like 2500 of the things out of one schematic
GSC 5 uses, not worth much as they are common loot
