Wonderful Idea on the system of how it could work guys. I'm glad someone else finnally mentioned Lando too, instead of just the loot and and stuff. lol.
I mean isn't that the point of Cloud City? Lando is the man

Great idea !
I just love themeparks and a space themepark would be even better. Visiting the cloud city and meeting famous characters like Lando is what, the starwars fan i am, needs !!!

Great Idea But the flight model does not need to redone. (trust me its built off the ground game) However Bespin is a gas planet that is as big as jupiter. Yet on the upper layer the atmosphere is breathable how ever cloud city and the mines are gravity controled. Due to the huge size of the planet any matter that goes outside the feilds will be crushed like a bug. Thats where anit gravity, and repulsar lift systems come in handy. If you played Darkforces 2 jedi knight the falling ship level mentions the anti gravity systems failing. Pretty cool fact.

Cloud City would be a very cool addition to the game. It would give use a new theme park, new "reward loot", more missions, and more space to explore.
The only problem that I see with this is...
IF we're allowed to fly our ships in the planet atmosphere, that would mean the Devs would have to code out a new physics engine for atmospheric flight (gravity, wind resistence, and so on). And as you'd know from their track record, anything that requires a large amount of coding and time, the devs aren't going to do. They would only do this for a new expantion pack, not a publish.
But yeah, the idea of Cloud City and "working" for Lando would kick ass. I would definately love to see this... but unless it's associated with another expantion pack, this isn't going to be introduced anytime soon.

i really want to go to cloud city, that would be the best, hoth too. Any planet that was in the movies, and some from EU. There needs to be more places to go, more things to do. I mean, people in a galaxy far far away werent limited to a few planets. we need more!
