This has also happened to me. I managed to get a new crystal and get help to kill the sith but i cannot make sense of the waypoint datapad. Others are having this problem too but noone has an answer. CSR's are useless. they dont knwo what to tell you, or me anyway. I was told by a CSR to try using it from my backpack with the same you cannot make sense of the information on this datadisk.Whatis going on.

If the Sith attack and incap you, they take your crystal. If they take your crystal, it'll do you no good to kill and loot them after that, because the datapad you get will be useless. Destroy it and wait on the Sith again.

Just like the Old man, they will come back. When they do KILL THE ALL, and THEN loot them . DO NOT loot any of them untill they are all dead. If you do, you will be bugged. When you get the working datapad, go to the waypoint and kill the Sith at the Camp, it doesn't matter this time if you get incapped or killed, just keep going back till you kill them all, then loot them. If you get help, make sure that NO ONE loots the Sith but you.

When they are all dead, loot them FAST before they fade. If they Fade before you loot them, you gotta start all over with the Old Man again ( I think, not sure about this one. I'm sure about the rest, from persoanl experience).

ok, got to the village an talked to the elder an picked weapons and opend up my RANGED SPEED SKILL BOX only to relize im a master ch/ master combat med with novice carbineer. am i screwing myself on the xp/fp trade in? any help would be greatly appreciated and thank you

why would you be screwed?? take your pets and go grind like everyone else..work on moving up carbines tho..and turn your carbine and combat xp at the 30:1 xp exchange rate..just like everyone does! If you're looking for a quick fix..find something else to do. You're not supposed to grind it out in a day..unless you're good!

i wasnt sure on maxxing xp. not trying to grnd it all in a day just wasnt sure how this all worked. thank you for takin the time to help.

You should pick up at least one line of carbineer so you can cap at 1.2 mil weapons xp if you have enough SP. Also, remember you dont have to train the tree right away.

i was in a group when i got the wp for the sith "base" and some 1 else looted the metal determined to say that the sith where his when the attacked me first what should i do

First you need to go find that guy and smack him.

Wait for the old man to visit you again, and then the sith will come.

If you shuttleport a few times, it seems to speed up the old man's visits.
