If no one else other than the owner of the PA hall is on the admin list, then there is no way to retrieve the items inside it. Only admins have the ability to place or remove items from inside any house.
As for the City hall.. simply elect a new mayor for the city and you can retireve any of the items you placed in there. The new voting system should make that process much easier to do as well. Hopefully you'll be able to retireve some of the items.
As for the PA itself and running it since the leader left, you need to place a new PA hall somewhere since you can't access the old one and vote in a new leader to run the guild through the guild management terminal. There is a sticky at the top of the forum by me that will help you in that process for setting allegiance to a new leader.

I think u screwed on the PA hall, the guild terminal control the guild not the hall, cause the hall run the same as the houses. So if ur guild leader didn't grant u admin right to it ur gonna lose it.

im an rsf pilot, allied with the empire, so how can i earn fp in space when the imperial stations refuse to talk to me?

Going combatant/overt on ground has nothing to do with space. If you read some patch notes they talk about it. Sorry, I beleive your out of luck unless you contact a CSR and see if you should or shouldn't be able to contact the station.

If you're a ground Imperial, you should be able to declare at Imperial space stations and then earn FP.
This may have been changed with the recent run of GCW changes, but that's how it worked when I was a privateer.

What about the privateer stations? Perhaps you can declare from them.

What Imperial Station are you talking to? As a ground Imp and space Freelancer, there are several Imperial Space Stations that should allow you to go Overt in space and therefore earn FP for opposite-faction NPCs and open you up to PvP combat. Try the ones above Naboo and Endor. As an Overt Freelancer, you can earn FP in any system except Deep Space, as there is no way to travel there while Overt.

I met the old man and got my crystal from him and got attacked by the sith shadows. I wasnt expecting it and got incapped so they took my crystal. After i killed them i did loot all and got the datapad, but not my crystal back and now i can't use the datapad. Does this mean I'm stuck now?
