So, are these bugs relatively harmless? Or should I hold off on purchasing a speeder?

if a vehicle is disabled, is it dead forever? i went to a garage and took it out and tried to repair it but the system says "you can't repair a disabled vehicle." a bug?

Well you dont NEED to buy a new one. Most of us spent months running around without vehicles. They are not required. But if you want to use vehicles, then yes, you need to make or buy another one.

I think bh's should be able to shoot while we are on a swoop. When I was shooting at a guy and jumped on bike and Iwas still shooting that was the coolest things ive done in a long time as a bh. GrantedI wasnt shooting much longer when I jumped on the bike but it was still fun.

Use a mount.


Reason we can't use weapons on a vehicle is because they are faster than anything in the game can run. That means that you could "kite" creatures that do not have ranged attacks with no danger of ever getting damaged b y that creature. While that is realistic, I mean hey we can build and ride them so we ARE superior to the dumb creatures, the devs think that this is way too exploitable.


However, I have found that since I switched professions (from Master Pistoleer, then Master Commando, and now I am working BH, not for holo chaseI might add), I much prefer to use a mount while on missions -- strictly for the ability to fire a weapon while mounted and on the move. The MBE in my guild created a nice Bol for me with HAM around 4.5k and some nice resists,and a dizzy attack. My general plan of attack is to ride into range on my mount firing like crazy, jump off and use my various special attacks for bleeds, state effects, etc., while sending in my mountto "tank" for me. As soon as I see that he has hit with his dizzy attack I hit with my carbine knockdown attack. From there on the bad guy just keeps falling down until he is dead.


This works well when on BH missions and on facion missions. Oh and the creature level is still only 10 on the Bol.

With the introduction of racetracks, I had an idea. With the SE we will be able to upgrade our starships massively. Perhaps the devs could also allow this type of customization to our planetary vehicles? That way, racing your swoop would actually be fun. As it stands now, everyone goes the same speed, everyone turns the same, and all the vehicles have the same advantages/disadvantages within their type. With the new upgrade system, it would be awsome if we had the same type of options for our other vehicles.
