We've only got a problem with SOE/Activision, and people are venting their frustation - but someposters are reinforcing your typical 'Arrogant American'negative sterotype (eg 'If doesnt affect the U.S. playersit doesnt matter - Im one of em, Ive gotJtL, so stop your whining') are inflaming people to lash out against the USA.
Best advice for most Americans with nothing constructive to say, pass by the Posts about the 5th November release date in Europe and things will settle down me thinks. It doesnt really affect US players really, so its not really worth getting involved.
Maybe not as much in this thread, but there's plenty of it going around right now on the rest of the forum. Check this thread for an example of what I'm talking about. I agree that there are americans stirring the pot (including the original poster from this thread) however some of them are merely reacting to the insults that americans are getting for no reason. There are people acting up on both sides (europeans claiming people are playing favorites with americans, and americans claiming the europeans are just whiners, etc) and everyone needs to just calm down and have some patience.

I agree, people should calm down. Throwing insults around aint gonna change anything....just cause the US players got it 10 days before the UK, and SOE seems to give them preferencial treatment, is no reason to start throwing insults at US players as a whole. Itis'nt the US players fault after all. Its SOEs/Activisions - SOE foracting likethe only player base that matters is the US one, and Activision for delaying JtL cause of GTA:San Andreas

One question to ask the US people complaing about the europeans complaing. What would YOU do if it was the OTHER way around, and if you say you would'nt complain your LIEING. Casue i know there would be even more threads than there are now all complaing about how the us should get it 1st blah blah blah
Who the hell cares about GTA anyway I mean whats all the fuss ?

SOME of you might not but i could say for certain they would be EVEN MORE threads compleing about how the US should get it 1st cause blah blah blah. With FFXI ONLY Jap could play NOONE else. So you wait until you can it's not like SWG when europeans CAN play it they just have to wait upto 2 weeks while AS USUAL the us players ON EUROPEAN servers get to hog the ship market and all the loot. If JTL was ONLY on the US servers i would'nt mind. But since its ON ALL then we ALL should be able to play. Ever heard of a level playing field. Probley not.
