BUt it is a combat vessel... If we're even attempting to pretend to be in the Star Wars universe then it should follow the rules of the Star Wars universe. The YT-1300 is not fitted for combat, it is actually a freighter! Though it can be made so it is a combat ship...

If we can't upgrade it.. at least improve the engines. It moves like a hutt in a coma.

Has anyone else noticed what seems to be a place for a turret ladder in the "entry hall" to the nose section of the ship?
I would first love to see increased item storage, then maybe upgradeable..even if it is non-combat. Just some upgraded boosters would do.

Well, I have to disagree with you there. The Sorosuub Yacht is not a combat vessel. Lando's was.
And all YT-1300's were equipped with a turret from the factory. The Yacht was not.

I got the info for that ship from a Star Wars tech manual we have here. at first i thought they were fixed guns as well. But according to the book, the two outer projections are comm recievers, the one on the nose is a sensor array.
