make the firespray a MBH certification ship or in a few months everyone will have one and if its just for the collector people.
best would be to not make this legendary ship a playership at all but im afraid its just implemented.
1. the devs made it possiblefor everyone easilyto become jedi....
2. then everyone can use the jetpack....
3. last but not least they destroy the myth around the fetts by makeing this ship first a playership and also for everyone flyable....
...thats too much for a star wars fan like me

i dont want touch your holy jedi kiddies for this examplebut what would you think if everyone would be allowed to use a lightsaber and wear a jedi robe?
i would say that would make them really upset.
well and for people like me who like the fetts more than jedi .. its the same with their equipment.

I dont think restricting something as iconic or cool as the jetpack or Firespray is very fair either.

lightsabers are cool and iconic. some tie-fighters and x-wings are cool tho. i also like the pikeman's stuff or the commando weapons but i have to choose jedi/reb/imp/pikeman/commando to use them.
since jedis are as common as beginners in mos eisley people like you try to destroy the last rest of star wars in this game when they demand things like a firespray ...well for jedi its already and forever too late.
im just waiting for people complaining they cant become vader or yoda would be kinda funny... you get the point.

but a lightsaber is a jedi weapon. pure and simple, jedi weapon. the jetpack was never restricted to BHs. yes the fetts used them... but why couldn't anyone else? (there's different cases in the EU where other people use jetpacks) The Firespray is a ship. In fact, its a patrol craft, you can read the descriptions everywhere on this thread but restricted the Firespray to BH would be like restricting yt-1300's to smugglers. The jetpark is hard enough to get... the firespray will be even harder.

Okay, so lets say we get rid of the Firespray to keep continuity.
Better get rid of the A-Wing and B-Wing. Those were both in development at this time period.
Better get rid of the TIE-Advanced. That was Vader's personal prototype.
Better get rid of the TIE-Interceptor. Those weren't around either at this point.
In fact, better get rid of all TIE craft except the TIE fighter and TIE bomber.
Ditch the NOVA and the Deceptor. Didn't see those in the movies.
Get rid of all the neutral craft except the YT-1300.
There, we have continuity, and we get about 5 ships. Happy?

im for restricting the yt to smugglers...even at master box. i like to see different styles and not everyone with any proffession or pilot trees using the same ships.
and the firspray was the only and last ship in the movies ...same the jetpacks and mando armor.
its stupid to say the lightsaber is a jedi weapon. everyone could use it in fact same with jetpacks and manda armor but in the movies only the last jedis used it and same with firespray / mando armor / jetpack and the fetts. its a unique thing what is even worse than a simple lightsaber which were more often to see as fetts equipment.
but im sure you got the point and are just afraid that im right and you are wrong.
dont worry its not important for SOE whois wrong or right... its just the money and it helps to collect more money when everyone can become the unique and most iconic stuff like jedis and fetts gear. thats sad but true.

Tie and Reb ships are not that big problem cause they are not unique ships(they not really are much different)...maybe the tie-advanced of vader but not all the others. these were mass produced ships at this time if episode IV or VI. who cares for that when we allready have masses of jediseverywhere?its a big different to say these ships are the same as to saywewantplayable firespray without any restrictions which just belongs to the last surviving mandalorian in whole star wars.

Is Mandalorian Armor that common on your server? I have never seen a player wearing a single piece of it, let alone an entire suit. There is no evidence that everyone will be flying Firesprays anyways. First, you have to gather all the components. In Beta, people could just gather the resources and skills to make the thing off the Blue Frogs. That won't happen in Live. I don't think it'll be as common as people think. Also, if Fett could find another Firespray, and you'll see he had more than one if you read far enough into the EU, then they can't be that rare.

OMG your are one stupid person. just because boba was the only one who use a jet pack or wore mando armor in the movies does not mean hes the only one out there. heck mando armor is not even bounty hunter it's warrior and it was used years before clone wars. As for his ship that was just a prototype patrol ship that jango fett stole from a prison planet before blowing it up. and the only reason it's famus bounty hunter ship is because jango fett and his clone boba fett used it.

@DarthMinos no its not common but i have mando armor and jetpack and cause of my efforts more people will have it soon when flying got boring.
same thing with firespray ...when someone knows how to get it alot of people will know how and make it to a mass product for of course the richer people but since credit dupe and lootfarming alot of people have the cash.
