Data Storage modules. The level (1-6) is the level astromech the final droid will come out to be (only applicable to R-series droids).

Might be a stupid question, but, how do you make astro droids?
Is there a special module? If so what and where is it?
IM DE 2213.
Thx

model of droid doesn't have any affect on its astromech capability

Would it benifit from an armour module? or is that a waste of resoures for a astro?

In space it doesnt matter, but you can still use the remaining module slots for ground modules, including combat. Then it would help.

careful !! don't experiment too much on astro droid a Lv 1 data module would be consider as a Lv 2 if you experiment too much, better thing to do is "no experimentation"

I experiment until the data rating goes up a bit (get more programs in?) and generally I'll add in a combat and armour modules...more for role play than any use in space!

nope,
Lv 1 = 20
Lv 2 =40
Lv 3 = 70
Lv 4 = 110
Lv 5 = 125
Lv 6 = 150
from 0 to 100% exp it's the same
