I hope you like all the screen shots folks!
I'll be back on board early next week mingling and answering questions.
As always, please stay on topic and have a great weekend...
I use to say this a lot on DAoC to my friends when they wanted/needed to go to bed
this Friday Feature, August 27th is WEAK!!!!!!11111
Sorry Just wanted more then a few Screenies..
I think they've said that since it doesn't have to draw the ground, it will actually have better fps than the ground game. I'd still like to see more pictures of the HUD though. Don't get me wrong, the hud in JTL looks good, but i'm weary of screenshots from games that are GUI freebecause even games like Universal Combat looked pretty goodbut then hada hud/gui thatlooked like it was done with mspaint and the non-truetype terminal font.

Umm have someone hit "Control Shift G" on the next set of screen shots so I can see the 4fps...
The last time I checked, SOE is a business. Of COURSE all they care about is money! That's the ENTIRE point of having a business! To MAKE MONEY.

Stuff like this makes SOE look like all they care about is $$$ and since it happened again and again that things the players asked for got replaced by things SOE can make more $$$ with you have to wonder if it isnt true.
PS didnt bother with clicky.

There's a problem with the skybox. Look at the right down side of the space station. Junction between the faces are not correct. My first bug report about JtL ![]()

My GOD you're all a lot of whining bastards...go play the game already, or go play something else! These are some nice screenshots and give those of us looking forward to JTL a little more to look at.
Why is our fickle gaming populace full of the type of people who gripe every time some new bit shows up that THEY just don't happen to have interest in??? Systems problems aside, it's people like you guys who have made long time followers of the game give up because you've turned the environment from a realm of intelligent discussion to a pit of blah blah blah, whine whine whine.

Already playing something else, thanks.
I do still have two months left paid up for this god-forsaken game. Since it is far too mind numbing to play, I choose to exercise my $15.00 bucks a month on the forums reminding everyone how boring this game is.
Discussing why this game is doomed to fail, though, is no less intelligent than cheering everytime you see a pretty picture or get information from the developers.
Must be tough being that jaded all the time.
I agree with jefmes. The community has taken a turn, not always for the best. So many people read between the lines. The quote from TH is a perfect example. He says he's working on making the CB document the Friday Feature. Everyone then starts asking for his head when it doesn't show up, screaming he "promised" to have it ready.
So what if it's been 2 weeks since he said that. Better to have him post *all* the info rather than half the info and have everyone up in arms about how they were lied to.blahblahblahblah.
And now we find out that he's been busy with the Correspondent Summit. You remember, the meeting where they are supposed to hash out what to do to fix combat. I guess people would rather have him put out info that was probably going to change rather than concentrate on, you know, doing something important for the CB.
Now I will say that, while screenshots are always appreciated, some info about ships, zones or races would have been spectacular. Unfortunately SOE is not in control of that. The Lucasarts PR machine pulls all the strings when it comes to that stuff. Heck, they even have to approve the screenshots we did get. Just to be sure nothing that they don't want leaked sneaks in there. If you want to yell at someone, yell at the PR department at LA, not SOE.
