I also pre-ordered from my local store and I've called numerous times to see if they have gotten in the beta CDs yet and they have no clue what I'm talking about.
I'm already in beta (couldn't care less) I would just like to get the speeder.
I'm assuming the answer is yes, as TH said "All" preorders. The original poster also said that at least some Gamestops have the CD in stock now.

I'm not worried, and I don't think anyone else is either, about the speeder. Basically I posted the info for those who were hoping to get their bonus CDs in time for the beta. By the sounds of it, EB isn't going to be delivering the bonus beta disk until after the beta is over. I'm already in due to veteran status, so I really didn't need the disk until launch, but it's nice to know I have it

Apparently you can only get into beta through a pre-order if you live in the US. From GameStop.com if you pick the international version:

And from the continental US page:

And just above that in bold:
International Customers: The early bonus offer is only good for continental United States customers. Click here to receive the bonus with the game. Beta offer does not apply.
Incidently, the International version also states that the bonus CD will ship when the game ships. So if you guys were like me, and you didn't go to the website but straight to the store to order, and you're outside the US, and the store guys said, "Uhhhh...I don't know about beta, but I think the bonus ships with the game," and you thought they were crazy, they aren't. Only US customers are being rewarded with Beta. The rest of us only get the flash speeder.

No... all preorders with EB or GAMESTOP will get it... but if you live in europe and want to preorder, then it's 29.99 for the game, and 29.99 for making them send it to you... if you preorder at cdon.com or even if you preordered at the danish (fo my case) EB games store, you will neither get the beta cd-rom nor the flash speeder... and i'm retty damn annoyed bout that, coz my economy can't pay twice the price of the game...

I just preordered via GameStop and it game to £25.62 including shipping. That's still about £4 cheaper than most games go for here.
