What's the last thing YOU PERSONALLY ever did for America that helped SOE except for giving them money? And what have you "so called" done more then any other European country?
Although I do agree that its shoite you guys aren't getting the game yet (trust me, I really do feel for you! not sarcastic) but arguments such as this are just plain... wrong :S Anyway, please excuse my sudden flame. I agree 100% with you that it the Uk should be treated equally to the rest of Europe/the world.

Ok new evidence has come to light as to why jtl has not been released in the uk yet.
I was positive that the greys had something to do with it but new evidence proves that it was infact the bunnies.

Not at all, we also try to fix your countries mess. Go back to your isolationist, unilateralworld. And hug your JTL box at night...

Spoke to Activision too, just got told that SOE/LucasArts are dealing with JTL. Sounds like they don't know what the hell is going on or are just giving out excuses to get you off the line. Probably both.

Jeez!!! why on earth are some of you turning this post into an anti-American/anti-UK post.
its people like you that start wars and then say... but they started it...
A msg to all you country hater's for no apparent reason.... GROW UP!!!!
this post is just about the UK being delayed due to certain unknown reasons (could be age rating etc etc). If the UK have that much of a problem (and yes I do live in the UK) getting a game then either import it or just buy the key.
I pre-ordered the game from Gamestop and got it no less than 2 days after it was released (and it only cost me 20 quid in total). OK sometimes you may get stiffed by import tax, but so far its only happeneda couple of timesto me. Either that, or buy the key. You don't need the CD really. I activated the expansion and BAM!!! the launchpad started to update my installation without needing the CD. Oh! and yes the game works fine.
so either
a.\ Be patient and wait.....
b.\ Import it......
c.\ Buy a key online.....
d.\ Don't turn this into a hate the Americans post....
e.\ Don't turn this into a hate the British post.....
f.\ Chill out!!! Enjoy life... keep stressing and you may find you will miss out on life alltogether....

Just get over it everyone.
Think along the lines of it's never going to get released here and order from the states everyone in the uk that I know has done this (as have I)
Then by the time it is released here (early december from the latest gossip) they won't sell any copies and the uk gamer wins. Yeah you might have to pay for shipping (unless you get the key from dlgamer) but no biggie it all depends on how much you want to play the game doesn't it.
I wanted to play as soon as it was released so I imported.
Also what is everyone on about the problems if you don't use the disk I have had no problems (apart from the occasional bunny hop) and people that have installed from the disk have these problems as well.
just read the post above me and yeah chill a bit you'll need to save all your stressing out to complain about " how dificult the missions are"
Yeah I'll start a hate british thread. I was discussing this very issue with my shrink and I was on about what I hate about the british. You know what he said he said it was the worse case of self loathing he had ever seen. (joke)

The sad part is most 3rd world countries already have JTL and yet the UK seems to have been over looked. I do not think Sony or Lucas Arts is behind the mess. I think its something to do with the UK.

Sorry guys but leaving the UK V USA feelings aside a touch..
I think us limey's are just annoyed that we havn't been told by Sony or whoever that there are delay's. After all we are (and I hate to quote this) paying customers.
Me personally Im really upset because I wont be able to engage any of my Yanky friends in a spot of Starship action. We both know that the Brits have better pilots
Plus this quote ::- "Whine whine whine whine, Is that all you Europeans do? Check the other 100,000,000,000 threads about this".
One very important thing you should be aware of -- we are NOT European, never will have and never will be!! We are British dammit, and proud of it.
