more ships are much more important then more slots. and you know they dont have to make the ships only seen or spoken in the movie. extent your horizons. be creative

well, I have a Yacht, TIE, and TIE/IN. now, i'm getting rid of the TIE, but when i master, I'd like to be able to have my Yacht deeded, A decimator, a bomber and a fighter, that way I can have my vet reward, and a fighting ship for different tactics. but that's just what i'd like when I do master.
-I think 3 ships is more than enough until you master, then you should unlock one slot.

I'd like to see one additional ship slot open at master. Mostly so I could use the master level ships without having to canibalize the ships I've got and have spent a huge amount of time customizing. Plus, it would allow us to keep the Yacht - which I have nicely appointed for tours, etc... and still have flexibility of various kinds of fighters or bombers to use when helping friends.
To a point that was made earlier, in the event that someone needs my help (and it's rarely a call of...I'll need your help in an hour), but the best ship for the job happens to be deeded, then I have to go a starport, pull everything I have out of one of my ships or usually, parts from both, put everything into the deeded ship, and then launch. This is really a convenience issue more than anything else. Am I glad that I have a ship at all? Yes. Would adding an additional slot for a 4th (total) ship space be helpful? Absolutely.

I agree with more shipslots, im not yet master but would like to have one of each ship just to mess around in now and then. Some of the points above are valid aswell.
I would love more ships but the point is that extra shipslots cant really be that hard to programme while a new ship would take much longer.

I DONT WANT MORE SHIP SLOTS!!!!
I WANT BIGGER MP SHIPS!
I WANT BIGGER MP SHIPS!
200m and longer, for crew out of 20 or more men
good armed with many turbolasers, and maybe a storag room for some ties in it, so that ties could start from it

I think we need more ships to choose from, but not more in our datapad. The 3 ship limit is to prevent you from powergaming your way into having everyship as good as it can possibly be. Its like the skill point limit, if you didn't have a skill point limit you would master every profession and be an uberpowergamer. If you didnt have a limit on all of your ships, you'd have an uber-version of every ship available to your faction, thus you would have a ship for every situation.
But yes, I would love to see a TIE vanguard, TIE defender, and any others people can think up.
Also ships for certain groups:
i.e.: RSF are the only neutral to get Naboo fighter certification.
Yeah thats all I can think of for this right now, but you know what I mean.

??? Having only 3 slots in the datapad is annoying but I'm not sure how it prevents anything. You can still have every ship as good as it can be u just can't have them armed up and rdy to go. If the MP ships and the sorosub didn't take ship slots I don't think I'd have any issues with the datapad limit. As an Imp ace I'd like to be able to have an Oppressor, Tie advanced, Firespray and a Decimator. And right now I'm one slot short form being able to do that.
