For me what breaks the game is how the Tier 4 mission 2 for RSF is literally impossible to beat due to bugs. I want this to be fixed ASAP and apparently the new patch did absolutely nothing for it.

At least I know that I'm not the only one in this boat. Maybe I should post this in the Pilot forum too, that seems to be drawing dev attention recently.

Ive been having this issue too. Its really frustrating to have to disable something, thinking your not hitting it, then accudently destroy it because of this "blaster lag." Ive always thought it was just me, with my ubar 56k modem

BTW, anybody know if battle fatigue has anything to do with space combat. I know I've been flying around with 800BF a few times after "safely" ejecting from my ship (due to getting pounded from not being able to do any damage )

Okay, I just did a test. I logged in as my friend's character and he logged in as me. We both did full scans before starting and had todays patch.


Outcome:


He was still able to shoot just fine with my character and ...again...I was not. Samething still happened.


At least I know it has something to do with the client/connection and not the character/account.


I really wish a Dev would comment on this since I'm not the only one having this issue.

Does anyone else get the idea that the dev's are ducking most of these issues?


Unless I missed it, I haven't seen a single developers response to any of these bug posts.

I've noticed that I can be right in front of a disabled ship shooting at it, and half my shots will go right through it . . .

Yep..felt this way for a few days now. GotJTL the day it came out,and have always had this no damage problem. I've given up trying to find a solution...Not a single response to a number of threads regarding this issue either.

Same thing has been happening to me. Everything is fine for a few waves on destroy missions then I'll havespurts where I am unable to do any damage whatsoever. It gets really frustrating firing at my target for a good 2-3 minutes straight without doing any damage when the ship should of already been destroyed.

I did notice that I warp a lot during this and you're right, the target starts swerving everywhere. It really seems bad lag but at what point? I don't seem to be lagging in my connection.

Same problem here,i have to shoot 25-30 times on a tier3 Rebels to blow it up alot of the time..I also noticed that i could hit Tier4 Rebels harder and more accurate then Tier3, kinda weird...I tried to redeed my Tie/In but that didnt help...What is the point of getting abetter ship/components if i have to shoot all my power away to shoot a target? My laser is 1085-1963 damage btw..

So in the mean time until the devs fix this or tell me how to fix this, I'm forced to only fly when my friend can fly with me.


At this rate, it'll take forever for me to master pilot.


Come on devs, where are you?
